I believe brokers often provide us with good features and all that, but often let down when we talk about their support service, so my question is whether your broker is like that? I work with OctaFX and they’re definitely not like that with providing absolutely finest support service that’s active 24/5 on every possible platform whether it’s Skype/Live Chat/Call and more options, so I feel entirely comfortable, but not to hide up the fact that they’re special with features as well.
