need help. proxy?

hi,everyone. i have the following problem: A few days ago,writing in Neobux forum i noticed i appear with romanian flag. my countryis saudi arabia. In the moment i restarted the router/ 2 min later/ the same posts changed to saudi arabian flag. since then i check with 3 different


programs my IP and every time, all of them say - no proxy detected. this morning happened the same. so,i started to check what'sgoing on. my Net and Lan settings are ok. i posted in 4 different forums with the same IP and in 3 of them itis saudi arabia,in 1 romania. i contacted my ISP and they say the problem is not by them. Most of the people here are members of Neobux. well,30min ago, after logginin 2 times from romania and 3 from saudi arabia , my cashout was successful. which, actually,is imposibleif i have logged in from differnet countris for 7 days
