It is simply time wasting as we can never make much from this, if helping someone was bringing any profits or money than everyone would have done it so far, so it is not really worthy anything. Although it is for a good cause but if we just look for earning view I would suggest Forex trading, it is a reliable and legitimate business so if we trade with a regulated company like OctaFX we can make 10-20 USD within minutes of work.
