want to earn 1500 A week

first off sorry if i do something or post something wrong this is my first post in any forum ever but i decided i wanted to start a ptc site a few months ago something along the line of neobux but with a even smoother look ive bought the domain name i also have hosting space 1.5 gb disc and 100gb bandwith a month i plan on upgrading soon but i dont know where to go from here i am looking for a partner with pretty good website building skills i have purchased multiple ptc scripts already just dont know whhat to do with them i am willing to do away with 50% of the sites profit to you i myself can do graphic design if needed too the website domain is epicbux.us but theres nothing there ( you may still look at the blankness if you wish )
