I know PTC sites for almost three years, ever since I saw and was always the habit minimum cashout is $ 2.
Now almost all of the PTC Admins put the minimum cashout at $ 4 , and I see many problems with these changes, I think everyone loses something with it....

What opinion do you have on this subject?
