Nuebux - scam or legit?

I did not find this one on scamlists. Do somebody have experience with this site? I tended to think this is scam.

1. Forum is payment proofs only
2. Requested payout (on that time it was $0.5) on 17th of May and still did not received it.
3. Been asked to sent payment proof before this arrived to my Alertpay account.
4. Minimum form $0.5 been changed to $5. Little bit too sharp.
5. No answer from admin yet.

hi sarmite! I have an account with that but then I stopped when I saw in the payment proofs that all members are complaining that they were paid on the site but they didn't receive any cents on their payment processor..
I cashed out there before but it was less than 1$ and I cashed out with alertpay.. My mistake!!
I could have a proof If it pays or don't..
and..yes! the minimum amount was change..I was about to reach 1$ so that I can cash out the 2nd time with alertpay..but the admin changed it..

so, I decided not to waste my time anymore..
