Warning System Added.

Hello dear members,
As you all know that spamming in our forum is increasing day by day ,aslo many users are not following the rules.So,i have introduced warning system to PTC Discussion forum.
There are three Warning Levels:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] No Warning.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] 1st Warning.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] 2nd Warning.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] 3rd Warning.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Banned.

So,please follow the rules before posting.
