This site is currently paying but since it is owned by someone that is unreliable and has a history of running scams, this site will be moved to the Scam List. | RapidPTCFor most of you this will be a easy scam to spot, but for some it will not. I still receive questions about high rate per click sites, and for some odd reason people still think it is possible to earn $10 per click. Or else why are people asking me about this site daily? Both sites will be moved from the Ongoing Investigations List to the
Scam List. These sites have been down only for a few days, and we
usually wait a full 7 days before rushing judgement, but after what has been reported to us we feel it is time to move both to the Scam List.
For both sites we have received complaints about the owner(s) filing
disputes against members who have been paid. The owner of SeedBux claims
their partner site has stolen funds from their paypal and alertpay

Owner says it is a glitch in the script. If you check their payment proof page you will not find any recent paypal payments. Checked with paypal, and their email id is showing some kind of limitation. Yet the owner has not informed anyone about their account being limited. Site will remain on the Watch List till this problem is resolved and everyone can cashout again.
