Trading is always high risk, so we need to be mentally prepared to handle losses or any unwanted situation, it’s only then we will be able to perform better and avoid losing. It’s useful if we avoid trading after losing so that we can calm down. I always do that and I believe it’s very handy and useful to work through that way. I don’t worry too much for losses and that’s because of OctaFX broker with their cash back scheme, it’s terrific!
