Definitely PtcBox deserves to be in the stable PTC list.
Though it's new, it's owned by Matrixmails admin. Matrixmails is online since 2002. So, I think PtcBox is definitely going to be great. I earned $80 in just 50 days after upgrading. (The upgrade cost was $105)
